- I don't do business over the phone. Email gives us both a written history of what was said, agreed to, etc.
- I don't do business via SMS (texting). If you text me without me asking I will block your texts.
- Due to the large number of cold sales calls I get I do not answer calls from unknown numbers, otherwise I would never get any work done.
- If you do call, please leave a detailed message.
- If you call and do not leave a message I will not return your call.
- If you call and hang up your number will be blocked.
- If you call or email to ask questions that are answered on RCCInnovations.com or RCCIstore.com I will not be in any hurry to return your call or email.
